In some cases, the physician may request blood tests, however, most consultations do not require blood tests.
Where blood tests are required, you may choose to have these at your GP practice (under the NHS), or alternatively our pathology laboratory can help you to book an appointment at a location close to you. In some circumstances, it may be possible for you to take your own fingerpick sample. Our doctors will let you know if this is possible.

Private Health Insurance Cover
Some health insurance companies will cover the costs of consultations with our menopause experts. If you have existing health insurance, please check with your provider. In some cases you may need to pay for the consultation initially. We can then provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
