Step 3
We will respond with a proposed consultation date and time. If you would like to confirm the consultation, please process the payment. We will then confirm the consultation details, including the video meeting invite and ask you to complete and submit a health questionnaire ahead of the consultation to help the expert understand your concerns and be better able to develop a tailored management plan for you.
Chiza Westcarr
As a qualified nutritionist, dermal clinician and menopause coach, Chiza has found that many health concerns such as abdominal bloating and discomfort, lethargy, insomnia, hot flushes, skin- and stress-related disorders, anxiety and low vitality are directly linked to diet and chronic stress, often requiring an inside-out approach.
She also has a particular passion for helping women understand and minimise the impact of menopause on their weight and overall health and well-being.
Chiza is a qualified Health Coach and educator, speaking nationally and internationally on skin health-related subjects.
Tanya Wyatt
Tanya is a published health author, and a well-being and fitness expert providing individualised exercise coaching, nutritional advice and epigenetic management (addressing behaviours and environment that affect gene health). She started out as a professional ballet dancer in South Africa, later moving into health management. She offers her clients a tailored approach that pinpoints issues that affect them personally to develop solutions tailored to their needs. She has been doing this for 30 years, and specialises in supporting women transitioning through menopause.
Kylie Pinwill
Kylie is a clinical nutritionist, speaker and host of The Hormone Hub podcast, with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She works with women in their 40’s, 50’s and beyond who are feeling lethargic, struggling with weight gain, bloating and hot flushes, to balance their hormones and reset their metabolisms so they can feel happier and more confident in their own skin.
