Chiza Westcarr
As a qualified nutritionist, dermal clinician and menopause coach, Chiza has found that many health concerns such as abdominal bloating and discomfort, lethargy, insomnia, hot flushes, skin- and stress-related disorders, anxiety and low vitality are directly linked to diet and chronic stress, often requiring an inside-out approach.
She also has a particular passion for helping women understand and minimise the impact of menopause on their weight and overall health and well-being.
Chiza is a qualified Health Coach and educator, speaking nationally and internationally on skin health-related subjects.
Kylie Pinwill
Kylie is a clinical nutritionist, speaker and host of The Hormone Hub podcast, with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She works with women in their 40’s, 50’s and beyond who are feeling lethargic, struggling with weight gain, bloating and hot flushes, to balance their hormones and reset their metabolisms so they can feel happier and more confident in their own skin.
