All our NewWoman Health physicians are menopause experts with extensive experience of diagnosing and treating menopause.
Dr Nneka Nwokolo
Nneka has over 20 years’ experience as an NHS Consultant Sexual Health and HIV Physician. She is a member of the British Menopause Society, the European Menopause and Andropause Society and the International Menopause Society and is passionate about helping not just women of all ages, but wider society as well, to understand the implications of menopause
Dr Bojana Dragovic
Bojana has 20 years experience as an NHS Consultant Physician in Sexual Health and HIV. She is a British Menopause Society accredited Menopause Specialist. She is a member of the British Menopause Society, and the International Menopause Society. She is passionate about supporting and helping women through their menopause transition and beyond, and improving their quality of life and long term health
Dr Elizabeth Stephenson
Dr Elizabeth Stephenson is a Consultant in the NHS specialising in women's health. She qualified with an MBChB in 2005 from Manchester University and subsequently went on to train in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. As part of this training she gained her Advanced Training Skills Module in Menopause Care. She is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the British Menopause Society. Her passion is talking to women as individuals and allowing them to make informed choices about their health and treatment options.
Dr Neepa Thacker
Dr Neepa Thacker is a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS) and has a Certificate in Menopause Care from the BMS. She attended Imperial College London Medical School and qualified as a GP in 2009. Neepa has specialist interests both in medical education and in women’s health. She has run menopause and PMS clinics in the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital tertiary specialist service since 2013. Neepa is passionate about empowering and working with women to manage their menopausal symptoms through a holistic approach.
Dr Eleni Armeni
Dr Eleni Armeni is a Consultant Endocrinologist with a specialist interest in reproductive Endocrinology. She started her professional career in Athens Greece, and continued her specialist training in London, UK, where currently practises. She has significant research experience in reproductive endocrinology, with a particular interest in the management of postmenopausal women. Her ongoing goal is to promote health and well-being in middle age and beyond.
Remziye Kunelaki
Dr Remziye Kunelaki, PhD is a psychosexual therapist with 20 years of experience. She studied psychology in Turkey, specialising in sexual and relationship therapy in the UK, and has worked in Sexual Health and HIV departments in several major London teaching hospitals. Remziye offers consultations in English, Turkish and Greek.

Dr Fiona Peachey
Chief Executive Officer: Fiona has over 25yrs experience in the pharmaceutical and health sector, where she has held various commercial, business and financial leadership roles and was responsible for leading global pharma strategic teams to develop and launch new medicines. Fiona has a background in biological sciences with a PhD in Biochemistry (Drug Delivery Systems).

Stephen Vinall
Stephen is a Non-Executive Director, investor, and Executive Coach. He was previously a Partner and Managing Director of Moorhouse Consulting where, taking over from the founder, he led the business through significant growth, a successful MBO from BT plc and the subsequent sale to Expleo Group.Prior to Moorhouse Stephen was the Managing Director of Tribal's Health Consulting business, a Partner at PIPC and a Director at PwC. In 2020 he was one of the first 50 individuals to be awarded Chartered Management Consultant (MCMI ChMC).
Kate Harris
Kate is a business consultant, Executive Coach and Mentor. She works with clients across a variety of sectors including media, health, technology, and education. She was previously Managing Director for Education at Oxford University Press, with responsibility for their operations in Africa, Australia, and UK schools. In this role she oversaw six acquisitions and their successful integration into the business.
Prior to OUP, Kate was Managing Director for Education, Dictionaries and Children’s publishing at HarperCollins, having started her publishing life as an editor. Within the wider publishing industry she was part of the initial steering group which created World Book Day and she chaired the Educational Publishers Council for a period of four years. She has a career-long commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Professor Chuka Nwokolo
Chuka has been an NHS consultant physician since 1994 and is an honorary professor of Medicine at the University of Warwick. He was awarded a CBE in 2021. Chuka has carried out important clinical research in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract over several decades which has been published in leading medical journals. He is also very interested in how menopausal symptoms can be improved and their impact on everyday life minimised.
