How the Online Consultation Process Works

Book your physician consultation online (£225)

Complete the pre-consultation questionnaires

During the consultation, the physician will review your medical history,

discuss options and agree a treatment plan

Details of any medicines we recommend will be sent electronically to the local online pharmacy of your choice

The physician will send a letter to your GP and a copy to you

There are no additional costs for GP letters or treatment recommendations issued during consultations.
In some cases, your physician may recommend blood tests – you may have these done at your local GP service or at a partner clinic. In some circumstances it may be possible for a kit to be sent to your home and for samples to be taken from a finger prick.

Our Patients Say

“NewWoman’s website was so clear to navigate and I loved that I could read through the bio’s of the consultants, so I could choose the one that I felt suited my needs the most. I was able to arrange a consultation within days and felt so fortunate to be listened to by a trained menopause expert without the battles I hear so many other women going through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this platform to all my female friends, it really is a breath of fresh air.”
AV – NewWoman Health Patient

Why NewWoman Health?

Over the last 18 to 24 months, there has been a huge surge in interest in the menopause. This is very encouraging when it comes to destigmatising the topic, but we have noticed this interest is focused predominantly on the management of menopause symptoms, rather than awareness and understanding of the long-term consequences of menopause.

This may create the idea that menopause should be about passively managing a transition into old age, rather than about the preservation of good health and prevention of long-term ill-health. At NewWoman Health, we believe menopause should be – and can be – a time of opportunity. This is the case as long as women impacted by the menopause understand the effects of oestrogen loss on their bodies, which is how we want to help.
