MANAGING AND OPTIMISING YOUR MENOPAUSE TRANSITION
WITH OUR WELL-BEING/LIFESTYLE SUPPORT
At NewWoman Health, we provide a different approach to managing your menopause, treating both your menopausal symptoms and advising you how to improve your longer-term health via a combination of medical and lifestyle interventions.
Many women experience weight gain and loss of muscle during and after the menopause transition. They may also experience changes in skin and hair quality, as well as in fat distribution, particularly in the abdominal area. There are many reasons for these changes, including declining estrogen levels, ageing, and lifestyle factors such as an unhealthy diet, smoking, excessive alcohol lack of exercise and genetic factors. Declining estrogen levels may also be associated with reduced bone density, increasing the risk of osteoporosis.
Our well-being and lifestyle experts, including fitness, weight management and nutrition specialists, all with menopause experience, will provide you with personalised advice, guidance and support tailored to your particular circumstances and needs. Our coaches will support you to manage challenges with day-to-day living and in the workplace.
Importantly it is never too late to start improving your quality of life.
