- Exploration of how coaching can help you to explore your own potential, be that personal or professional or both
- Help you to develop strategies to manage your menopause transition in a positive way – explore your motivations, strengths and values to reflect and gain greater insight of your unique situation and other aspects of the menopause
- Support you to navigate the menopause transition by creating awareness and insight in a positive way – providing a voice so you feel secure and gain confidence by talking to a range of experts there to help

Choose from our range of consultations, complete your details on the booking form and submit.
Step 3
We will respond with a proposed consultation date and time. If you would like to confirm the consultation, please process the payment. We will then confirm the consultation details, including the video meeting invite and ask you to complete and submit a health questionnaire ahead of the consultation to help the expert understand your concerns and be better able to develop a tailored management plan for you.

Anstey Thomas
Anstey is accredited at Senior Practitioner level with the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and has over 17 years of coaching experience. She is also a certified coach supervisor, supporting other coaches as they develop their practice. As someone who’s experienced the impact of menopause on both her professional and personal life, she’s passionate about supporting women to help them thrive throughout this transitional stage in their lives.
Vicky Bennett
Vicky is a professional development expert, working with individuals to bring awareness to their own conditioning and personal leadership. Vicky holds an MA in Coaching and Mentoring and is CEO of HorseHeard a charity delivering wellbeing through Equine Facilitated Learning. She spent over two decades delivering behaviour change for the UK Government and EU; working with individuals and organisations to engage in complex environmental challenges to deliver vast learning experiences.
Sue Bennett
Sue has worked in higher education, publishing, the NHS, and run her own training and coaching company. She coaches people so they can make wise choices about next steps in their personal and professional lives, and ensure these fit with where they are now, and where they wish to be. She has a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Warwick. She is postmenopausal with two grown up children. Her experience of the menopause, and the aftermath of those decisions – both good and not so good – have led her to work with NewWoman Health.
Kate Harris
Kate has worked in senior leadership roles in the media sector. She has been coaching for over 15 years and recently completed a post-graduate diploma in Coaching and Mentoring. Her clients work in both entrepreneurial and corporate contexts, across a variety of sectors including media, education, technology, and health. Kate also volunteers as a mentor working with vulnerable migrants.Having experienced the menopause, Kate is passionate about supporting women to successfully navigate this stage of their lives. She works in a client-centred, solution-focused model using story and narrative to explore the issues that matter.
Suzanne Dunn
Suzanne is an EMCC accredited coach with a special interest in the menopause. She works with clients to help them understand and come to terms with the changes that are happening to them, explore how this may be impacting on their life and work, and help them make changes for themselves and those around them. Following a career in recruitment and executive search, she transitioned into coaching and has recently completed a Masters Degree in Coaching and Mentoring. Her research explored the experience of coaching for menopausal women in the workplace. Her aim is to empower women to navigate their own menopause in a positive way.
Afua Kudom
Afua is an accredited life and personal performance coach, specialising in life transition and career coaching, including women with menopause experience. She seeks to support women at different stages of the menopause to live full lives, in line with their values. She has over 19 years’ private, public and third sector experience in education, public affairs and consultancy. Afua completed her Life, Personal Performance and Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy.
